We're Starting a Blog

So... in the chance that we have any free time... We are going to try to keep a blog about the ins and outs of running and owninga restaurant. kWe all work long hours... therefore we should have some pretty funny posts... after a 15 hour day, the walls start to move!!! Wish us luck!
